TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are delighted to welcome you to The Banya, a licensed venue committed to providing exceptional experiences.
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable visit, please acquaint yourself with our group booking terms and conditions:

1. Food & Beverage Policy:

  • The Banya exclusively provides food and beverages.
  • Our venue is strictly limited to guests aged 18 and older.

2. Exclusive Group Bookings and Venue Hire:

  • A $1000 bond must be paid in full for exclusive group bookings and venue hire.
  • This bond will be refunded within 7 days after the event, provided there is no damage to the premises.

3. Bathhouse Rules:

  • Food and beverages are not permitted around the pool area.
  • Only plastic cups are allowed on the rooftop.
  • Disruptive behaviour, such as screaming, jumping, or disrespectful conduct, is prohibited within the bathhouse.
  • Our bar and dining areas are designated as a dry zone.

A $250 Cleaning Fee will be charged if the premises are not left in the same condition.

4. Food Packages:

  • Food packages are available for bookings of 8 people or more.
  • All catering must be pre-ordered and paid in full 7 days prior to your event.
  • Beverages can be purchased separately on the day or a bar tab can be arranged for your guests.

5. Food Deposits:

  • Food deposits are non-refundable within 48hrs of your booking.
  • If booking is cancelled or rescheduled within the 7 days 20% of the deposit will be retained, including cancelling or rescheduling due to illnesses.
  • If you notify us of a reduced number of guests 48 hours or more in advance, part of the deposit can be used towards a bar tab.

6. Exclusive Bathhouse Session (Groups of 15 or more) Deposits:

  • Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of your booking.
  • Please be aware that there will be no refunds provided for cancellations made within 7 days, including cancelling or rescheduling due to illnesses.
  • A rescheduling fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply to rescheduled bookings during this 7-day period.
  • Cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice will be eligible for a full refund or credit.
  • Failure to attend the session will result in the full deposit being retained.
  • A card surcharge of 1.29% + $0.26 is applied in-store post-treatment.

7. Massage Bookings (7 people or more) Deposits:

  • Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of your booking, including rescheduling due to illnesses.
  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or credit.
  • Failure to attend the appointment will result in the full deposit being retained.
  • A card surcharge of 1.29% + $0.26 is applied in-store post-treatment.
 

8. Card Details Authorization:

By providing your card details, you consent to The Banya, Mullumbimby, using them for deposits, prepayments, and tabs as required:
